Couple night.... and Valentines Day

It's the simple things.... Thank you to my fabulous husband for being so cute and sweet.

We went to the gun range for couples night and as always we had a great time with great friends. 

Running

So Dave and I have plans for a 10K in March at Knott's Berry Farm and I think he is going to do the Disney 1/2 still. my goal is still to just train for the Long Beach 1/2.

Good thing is we have each other to motivate an drive each other.

I think I am going to have to add a password to this blog.  I am getting some strange followers, but they aren't listed as followers, but are continuously checking my page.

Surf City Run

We had such a great time this weekend at the run.  Dave did really great in the 1/2 marathon and has really motivated me to do the Long Beach 1/2 in Oct.  Since I have already started training, I am going to try to get in a couple 5K's and even an 8K or 10K before the 1/2. I just sprinted the 1 mile run with my friend and just some jogging up and down the beach.  The beer garden was fun and we had some great conversations and got some really good running advice from other athletes.  It's really motivating be surrounded by so many athletic people.

Anyhow, it was a really fun weekend.  We met up with some friends and even met some new ones.

Good job Dave. I am proud of you and I love you.

I'm growing followers.. woohoo

I finally have 30 followers on Katlynn's blog.  It's exciting.

I finally updated my other blog I created last year, but never kept up.  Well.... cuz life gets in the way and I put myself on the back burner for a while.  So, I figured it was time to come back into the light again. I have come to realization my life is always going to be a busy and chaotic one, so I have come to grips with learning to appreciate the small things.  So here's the OTHER blog.
