Black Friday!!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.  Ours was nice as always.

I no longer do the super crazy shopping I used to.  I have learned it's pretty pointless to go out from midnight to 9am the next morning.  So D and I hit up one store last night and we were home in bed by midnight.  It was fun.  It's kind of like a date night and a rush all in one.  Plus, we had a small limit per kiddo we try to stick to now a days. Anyhow,  Here's D and I at TRU.  We were 150 in line last night.  No to shabby considering we were just toodling along.

We also started a family tradition with Elf of the Shelf in addition to picking out a real Christmas tree from now on.  Anyhow,  Here is the new addition to our family.  Christopher Elf.  He will be watching the kids and reporting back to Santa.

Creepy

Blogger now tracks followers and IP addresses and to see who is checking out my blog almost daily is sort of creepy.

But hey... keep checking.  Enjoy it!!!

Ps... Did I mention how much I love ADELE?  Love her.  To bad her tour is cancelled.

Oh, and D and I did sign up for the Surf City half, so it's on like Donkey Kong.  In fact, I am going to a 4 mile run tonight.  My goal is to finish the 1/2 in 3:15 or less.  Preferably less, but with my knee and my feet, I will be excited to just finish.  I think I am going to look into smaller beginning Tri's from now on. Just just bike riding.

Happy mom!!!!

All 3 kids conferences done. Halle did well and still made honor role despite her rough start of the year. She also scored well on her testing again. Audrie is doing awesome and her teacher told me today she could go into 1st grade with knowing what she does, but won't even start Kinder for another 10 months (She is really going to LOVE elementary school next year). Katlynn also is doing well and is on track to go into Gen Ed Kinder next school year which was my goal- for her to mainstream because I think it will fit her.
